'History Hunts' scavenger hunt at Atlantic City Experience
The Atlantic City Free Public Library will present scavenger hunts - "History Hunts: Look, Locate, and Win" - beginning in June at The Atlantic City Experience (ACX), located at Historic Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall. Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third places. Those participating in the scavenger hunts will answer questions based on the ACX displays.History Hunts for adults will be held:
June 26, July 10, July 24, Aug. 9 from 2-4 p.m.

There will be prizes awarded for each hunt:
- First place: $75 Visa gift card and a journal
- Second place: $50 Visa gift card and the book “Chicken Bone Beach (Images of America)”
- Third place: $25 Visa gift card and a history bookmark
There will be no teams for the hunts (all individual players). Space is limited. Adults can only register for one of the hunts.
Scavenger Hunt:
• All hunts will start at 2 p.m. This is a two-hour event: 30 minutes to look around ACX before the hunt begins and 90 minutes for the hunt.
• There will 50 questions based on the exhibits at the museum.
• Players will not be allowed to keep their phones during the hunt.
• Winners will be announced one day after the scavenger hunt.
